Australia Day at Longreach Tavern

  Double beef and cheese with bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion, beetroot, pineapple, fried egg, BBQ and aioli on a brioche bun, topped with two fresh local prawns or a prawn skewer

• Aussie Lamb Dish cooked on the Parilla BBQ
